Slow travel means taking the time to discover a destination in depth. We slow down, immerse ourselves in the local culture, meet the locals, appreciate the biodiversity and know-how of each region. Quality over quantity.

Do you offer tailor-made tours?
Yes, for groups of 4 or more! Whether it's a family trip, a buddy getaway or a club outing, we'll personalize every detail for you.
How far in advance do I need to book?
The earlier the better! Booking in advance will guarantee you the best prices.
What happens if a train journey is cancelled?
In the event of cancellation of a train journey, we undertake to offer an equivalent alternative. If the price of this alternative is lower or higher than the initial amount, the difference will be adjusted accordingly (a supplement may be requested, or a partial refund will be made). If the customer prefers to cancel the trip following the cancellation of the train, he/she will be entitled to a refund in the form of a gift voucher to be used for a future booking.

What are the departure stations?
For the time being, we only offer trips from Lausanne, Fribourg and Geneva stations. Other departure stations will be added as they become available.
What activities do you offer?
Local activities such as festivals (gastronomy, music, cinema, dance etc.), ephemeral events, craft workshops, themed tours, guided hikes.
Can we travel eco-responsibly with you?
Absolutely! We work with eco-responsible accommodation (certified or in transition), we offer only soft mobility solutions, with local activities and events, and we promote environmentally-friendly practices and addresses.
We calculate the impact of our trips and keep it as low as possible. So you can enjoy your trip while staying true to your values!
Practical info
What documents do I need to travel?
A valid passport, visas (if required) and (at your discretion) travel insurance. We give you specific information for each destination.
What happens if I cancel or change my trip?
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify your trip. Our policies vary from offer to offer and from supplier to supplier. They are detailed for each offer but always give the possibility to cancel the trip before a specified date without financial repercussion.
After this date, the trip is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Is there emergency assistance during the trip?
Yes, we provide 24/7 assistance for emergencies. An emergency contact number is given to you before you leave.
Do you offer travel insurance?
No, we do not offer travel insurance directly. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance with an insurance company of your choice, so that you can benefit from coverage tailored to your needs.
Rates and payments
What are your rates?
Rates depend on destination, duration, accommodation and activities. We offer options to suit all budgets and customized quotes.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal and Twint. A deposit is usually required to confirm a booking, with the balance due before departure.
Do you offer payment facilities?
Yes, we offer payment plans for certain trips.
