What if you experienced the city differently? 👀

Get off the beaten track and let yourself be carried away by the local atmosphere. I loved wandering around the Santa Croce district, not just for its impressive church, but for its lively alleyways where the locals get together. In the morning, you might come across a colorful market or a little vintage store; in the evening, perhaps a neighborhood festival where people dance under lanterns. 💃🏼

🖼️ And don't miss the small, temporary museums. Unlike the big, crowded galleries, these intimate spaces (often unknown to tourists) immerse you in contemporary art or unique exhibitions - this is where curious Florentines go.

🍝 When it comes to flavors, of course you're in for a treat! But instead of settling down in the trattorias of the big squares, try a neighborhood osteria. A melt-in-your-mouth bistecca alla fiorentina, a glass of Chianti and why not a crispy schiacciata to take along for your impromptu picnic in a hidden garden like Bardini's in the Oltrarno district?
